MST1692FS-C：Integrated 22mΩ 40V MOSFETs, reflective and quasi-resonant synchronous rectifiers

The  MST1692FS-C  is a synchronous  rectifier  diode  with 40V voltage resistance and 22mΩ internal resistance MOSFETs. It is used

to replace  the  rectifier  diode of  flyback  converters, which can  significantly  reduce  heat and improve the  conversion  efficiency

of the system. The IC determines its switching state by detecting the source-drain voltage of the integrated MOSFET.

The MST1692FS-C is compatible with flyback converters in discontinuous or quasi-resonant operating modes.

MST1694KC-B：Integrated 13mΩ 60V MOSFET, high voltage synchronous rectifier diode

The MST1694KC-B is a fast switch-off intelligent rectifier for flyback converters with integrated 100V MOSFETs.

It can provide higher efficiency than  diode  rectifiers. The forward  voltage drop of the internal  switch tube  can be  adjusted  to

40mV and the switch tube can be turned off before the drain-source voltage is reversed.

It is suitable for applications in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM), quasi-resonant mode  (QR)  and  continuous  conduction 

mode (CCM).

The MST1694KC-B is packaged in SOP-8.

The MST1693TG is a synchronous rectifier MOSFET controller used to control the  external  MOSFET, replacing  the  rectifier  diode in

the flyback converter, which can significantly reduce heat and improve the conversion efficiency  of  the  system.The IC determines 

its switching state by detecting the source-drain voltage of the external MOSFET.

The MST1693TG is compatible with flyback converters in continuous mode, discontinuous mode and quasi-resonant operating mode.
