Synchronous rectification
Synchronous rectifier MOSFET controller, used to control the external MOSFET, replacing the rectifier diode in the flyback converter, can significantly reduce heat and improve the conversion efficiency of the system. The IC determines its switching state by detecting the source-drain voltage of the external MOSFET.

to replace the rectifier diode of flyback converters, which can significantly reduce heat and improve the conversion efficiency
of the system. The IC determines its switching state by detecting the source-drain voltage of the integrated MOSFET.
The MST1692FS-C is compatible with flyback converters in discontinuous or quasi-resonant operating modes.
