MST is an IC design company jointly funded by Zhejiang Qianjiang Motorcycle Co., Ltd., a well-known domestic listed enterprise, and Chen Jun, a returned doctor from the United States, in 2012.

 Dr. Chen Jun, founder and team leader of the company, has worked in TI's design center in Dallas for more than 10 years, has rich IC design experience, has won 11 U.S. patents, 4 Chinese patents and published more than 20 IEEE papers. In 2009, Omar microelectronics was established in the United States, combined with more than 10 excellent American contract experts to provide contract design services for Ti, diodes and other national first-line IC manufacturers, and also provide solid technical support for MST.
